傳承」儲蓄壽險計劃2(優越版)),在符合本公司當時的通行規則下,客戶可行使保單分拆選項以建立一份獨立的保單(「分拆保單」),從本保單的基本計劃中分配某部分的投保單位至分拆保單而毋須提供可保證明,惟須符合下述條件:(i)於行使保單分拆選項(「分拆」)後,在本保單的基本計劃及分拆保單下各自的投保單位不可少於客戶提出要求當時我們所批准的最低投保單位金額;(ii)分拆保單之受保人與本保單的基本計劃的受保人必須相同;(iii)於要求行使此選項時,在本保單的基本計劃下沒有任何處理中之索償;(iv)保單分拆選項申請一經遞交後則不能作出更改或取消;(v)在我們批准客戶的要求前,任何欠款必須已經全數清還;及(vi)每個保單年度只可行使保單分拆選項一次。於批准分拆後,(i)除另有說明,分拆保單之條款將會與本保單的基本計劃相同;(ii)本保單的基本計劃的投保單位、保證現金價值、復歸紅利及終期分紅之面值及現金價值(如有)、穩健資產戶口之累積價值(如有)將會按本保單的基本計劃及分拆保單的投保單位比例減少及分配至分拆保單。我們將按照客戶所分配的投保單位而釐定本保單的基本計劃及分拆保單之現時及將來之保證現金價值、復歸紅利及終期分紅之面值及現金價值(如有)和將來保費;(iii)本保單的基本計劃及分拆保單的已繳付保費總額將根據客戶所分配的投保單位調整,並用以計算身故賠償;(iv)在符合本公司的規則下,在本保單下所有附加保障(如有)將於分拆後繼續生效;(v)本保單的基本計劃的受益人、保單持有人、後補保單持有人(如已指定)、首名受保人、受保人、保單貨幣、保單日期、保單生效日期及保單年度將會維持不變,而分拆保單亦與本保單的基本計劃的受益人、保單持有人、後補保單持有人(如已指定)、首名受保人、受保人、保單貨幣、保單日期、保單生效日期及保單年度相同;及(vi)除另行指明外,過往於本保單的基本計劃作出的指示,包括但不限於財富增值調配選項、財富躍進選項、身故賠償支付選項及保單延續選項亦適用於分拆保單。分拆保單只會在其保單條款及保單資料說明發出後生效。請參閱保單條款以了解更多關於保單分拆選項之詳情。8.
